Dimensions Help

Ex. 1 - Angled Cabients

Angled cabinets or other irregular shapes can be quoted by entering the largest length and the largest width. Be careful to not overlap your corners, as this will figure material that is not necessary.

Ex. 2 Angled Corner Cabinets

Most of the time the easiest way to figure an angled corner cabinet is by entering it as a square. figure the adjacent pieces as seperate rectangles which end at the corner cabinet.

Ex. 3 Arched or radiused overhangs

Arches and radiused pieces can be quoted using the same principle previously outlined in the angled cabinet example. The only dimensions needed are the maximum length and the maximum width of the piece.

Ex. 4 Batwing layouts

Batwing raised bars or kitchens with 45 degree walls can be figured by using the back wall dimenions as the lengths. These pieces will overlap, and that is okay because this material will be wasted when the job is fabricated and needs accounted for.
